Despite some evident growth in Calgary’s housing market in the last few months, (both in prices and sales volume), Alberta still remains one of the most attractive places for Canadians to buy Real Estate: and doesn’t matter if you’re an investor, a first-time homebuyer, an international student who wants to settle in Canada or already experienced homebuyer - the current market in Calgary and other Alberta’s cities makes it way too attractive to avoid considering. (especially considering that ON prices are still double and triple higher compared to AB.)
