The declared winner of Niger's presidential election, ruling party candidate Mohamed Bazoum, arrives at the headquarters of the Niger Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS) to celebrate his victory with supporters. Bazoum won 55.75 percent of the vote, against his opponent Mahamane Ousmane's 44.25 percent.
