These meringue nests are perfect for spring time and are easy peasy. The toasted coconut really helps cut into the sweetness of the meringue and the chocolate eggs make this a scrumptious and light dessert.
Meringue Ingredients:
300 grams of granulated sugar
75 grams of cold water
3/4 egg whites
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
