⚠️ Stuck / Problems:

- Steam Cloud Profiles do not work! Turn off steam cloud!

- This does not touch mail_ctrl, this adds mods to Bus job log
- If the mod already exists on your save, it will not work in game. (There is no check for this)
- Flare mods do not currently work
