This Fra Diavolo sauce 😈 is the perfect mix of heat and flavor with fresh seafood and a bold tomato base.

INGREDIENTS
Two 16oz cans of diced tomatoes
One big white onion
Four cloves of garlic
One cup of fresh grated Parmesan
One cup of white wine
½ cup of cooking olive oil
One teaspoon of each: dried basil, oregano, parsley, and chili flakes
One cup of chicken broth
Black pepper and Kosher salt to taste
Mussels, lobster, clams, calamari
STEPS
In a medium pot, sweat the onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Add herbs and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute more.
Add wine and broth and deglaze for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add calamari, mussels, clams, and lobster. Simmer for 15 more minutes.
Add pasta and simmer for 3 minutes.
Top with fresh grated Parmesan and serve in a big Italian bowl.
