The global coffee industry is booming, and producers are looking to tap into the Middle East market.
Coffee is the second most-traded commodity in the world, after petrol, and brings in about $200bn in revenue.
But as the market grows, there's a push to make sure traditional Arabic coffee doesn’t lose out.
