Instant Besan Ki Barfi - बेसन की बर्फी हलवाई वाले तरीके से देखें | How to make Besan Barfi
Ingredients :-
Ghee - 600 g
oil - 300 ml
Besan - 1 kg
Suger - 1.5 kg
water - 700 ml
food colour - optional
Cardamom powder - 1 t spoon
oil - 1 t spoon (Greece tray)
Dry fruits - optional
Recipe :-
Take a kadai, put ghee and oil, now besan, roast on medium flame. When colour change into brown, turn off gas.
Suger syrup - Take a pan, put the suger in it and water. when melted add food colour as u like Boil it make a tar. and turn off flame. suger syrup is ready now put it in roasted besan and mix it properly and let it cool down. Now transfer in a tray label up and keep it for 4 to 5 hours. and cut into pieces after 5 hours now it's ready to serve and enjoy subscribe to soni kitchens for more videos.
