This video goes over what you need to know to make a double seven segment display work in Logisim. Logisim is a logic simulator and can be used to build virtual computers and other things that use circuits. It will be able to count from 0-99, there are 14 circuits and 100 numbers so 1400 different inputs! Enjoy! The minimum number of bits is 7 (0-127 value).
