A really good classic pisco sour recipe!
60ml (2oz) pisco
25ml (¾ oz) lime juice
15ml (½ oz) sugar
15ml (½ oz) egg white
1 dash orange bitters
Glass: coupe or small rocks glass
Garnish: Angostura bitters
