This video demonstrates a very simple strategy you can use to beat the Orphan Of Kos.
It involves easily timed charge attacks during phase 1, and for phase 2 of the fight, some easily timed rolling.
Hopefully this helps if you are finding this boss to be insanely hard.
I died dozens of times to this psycho before I finally devised this strategy based on observations of the boss's movements.
