In the meantime, during the lockdown because of COVID 19 we are trying to keep calm and carry on while enjoying our pleasant memories. So the review of the Teodora Palace, our first overnight hotel on the way to Thassos is in this video.
If you are travelling by car, it is not problem to find it, no matter which side you're coming from. The hotel is 650 m away from the bridge across the Danube. We were crossing the Danube in the Calarasi region by ferry. That is why we were driving from Silistra city. You can see that in my previous video. The link is:

The hotel is very quiet although it is located not far from the main road and you can easily find it on the maps. There are a lot of free parking places for your car on the territory of the hotel.
We stayed in Teodora twice. The second stay was on our way back home and we very much enjoyed it once again. So we can say for sure that..
It's a very good hotel, comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms are clean and spacious with really big bathrooms.The hotel also has quite a big restaurant with a terrace outside. The breakfast was fine. We had dinner there too during our second stay. The food was delicious and not expensive.
