Er1 - Temperature Probe Error
Firstly, check the cable between the grill and hopper;
Secondly, if the connection is ok, and the problem still exists, then to check the other 2 things:
a) Bad Digital controller Connection Issue -- use screwdriver to unscrew the controller and check the probe connection behind it.
b) If controller is 🆗, then it's the probe inside has issue.
Er2 - Wrong Controller Dial Switch on Position
It usually happens when you turn the power ON, and the code is displayed there.
How to fix it: Turn to Shut Down cycle -- Turn Off -- Turn On -- Normal
HEr - High Temperature Error
When that happens, 2 possibilities:
1. Set at HIGH setting with lid open for a long time, and the pellets keeps dumping, then you shut the lid, the error occurs .
2. Temperature Probe issue
LEr - Low Temperature Error
It usually show up when the grill runs below about 65-150 degrees for a period, or fire pot is running out of pellets or too much ash attached in the fire-pot.
