Kisoro District is holding a by-election to fill the Woman Member of Parliament seat, left vacant following the death of former MP and State Minister for Defence and Veteran Affairs, Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi, in early September.
On ground, voting is ongoing, in some areas hiturn up voter turn up has been experienced in the early morning but expected to rise in the afternoon.
