It was where El Loro Mexican restaurant was. Good times, big booths but crappy outdoor chairs ha The owner or manager had a full replica of the Cheech and Chong Lowrider Chevy very cool including the license plate. ha  the building was an eyesore and I bet it will be replaced by another senior high-rise! ugh reminds me of the song… My city was gone by the pretenders. Minneapolis-St. Paul much more character.
