Update: We finally found a solution after posting this last year. This is not a gastrointestinal issue. These are complex partial seizures with secondary symptoms appear gastrointestinally due to the air swallowed. Read more about our experience: [ Ссылка ]

More video from the same episode (1/4/13) as our last video.
This is the most graphic presentation yet of him gulping uncontrollably, swallowing air, getting bloated, and trying to eat everything he can.
It has been only one week since his previous episode, which started in the evening of 12/28/12, and ran through the morning of 12/29/12. Both episodes included some vomiting. They can last up to 48 hours.
The possibilities that have been floated around by the vet include food allergy, complex partial seizures, dietary causes, and general gastrointestinal issues.
Any ideas on what this might be? We are pretty desperate at this point. This has been happening since we adopted him a year ago, and is truly exhausting and heart-breaking to contend with.
