A little bit of old school methods......
A Land Rover with the 300 TDI engine that had suffered some strange cooling system issues which resulted in the head coming off...
With the head removed there were clear signs of head gasket failure which was traced to a failed radiator hose. I decided to get the head pressure tested and skimmed , I also used my primitive method of testing how sealed the valves are .... which resulted in the need to lap in the valves....the old school way!
