DP Ruto is reassured of support from Kithure Kindiki, despite him saying he won't join his party.
The senator said this is because of how they dissolved their parties to join Jubilee Party, after which President Uhuru Kenyatta disappointed them.
This is a big blow to the UDA Party launched by Johnstone Muthama and other Tangatanga allies.
Currently only the Raila Odinga led ODM Party is strong enough for the 2022 race.
It will be interesting to see what other parties are formed.
