RECIPE INGREDIENTS IN ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN ⬇️
Crown Roast of Pork
►Two 10-chop racks of pork from the rib section
►Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
For the Marinade
Sage leaves
Rosemary
Thyme
¼ cup olive oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbps ground coriander
5 garlic cloves minced
Zest 2 lemons
Roasted Lamb Leg
Ingredients:
1 whole lamb leg, bone-in (about 5-6 pounds)
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon and lemon zest
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
For the Mint Sauce to Lamb
Blend together: 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, Pinch of salt.
Crab Salad
6 slices of white bread
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Drizzle with olive oil
1 lbs. mozzarella cheese +1 tbsp of mayo
1 lbs. imitation crab + 1 tbsp of mayo
2 cup cherry tomatoes +1 tbsp of mayo, salt and pepper to taste, and grate 1 garlic cloves
1 can of corn + 1 tbsp of mayo
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
12 medium button mushrooms or cremini mushrooms cleaned with stems removed and discarded
1 box 8 ounce cream cheese softened
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs or panko breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped Italian parsley
1 ½ cup cooked shelled crab finely chopped I use King Crab
Salt and pepper to taste
Zucchini Roll Ups
4-5 medium Zucchini
16 thin slices Prosciutto
16 thin slices Cheese (Swiss would be the best)
3 cups Panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt/Pepper to taste
3 cups Olive oil
Arugula Salad with Beets, Feta, and Toasted Pistachios
