The 2023 Taiko Taikai is a project presented by Bachido, in partnership with the Terasaki Budokan and is hosted by the J-Town Taiko Club.
The theme for this first Taiko Taikai is “ODAIKO”! The Taikai will have up to 20 participants playing “Narukami”, composed by Yoshikazu Fujimoto of Kodo, for five judges with awards given to the top three finalists.
Taiko Taikai 2023 will be taking place on 5/20/2023 at the Terasaki Budokan (249 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90012) in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles!
