If you need a extra tool storage but don't like spending a fortune on tool boxes. Sniff around Facebook or craigslist and find a Metal filing cabinet. You should be able to pick one up for less than 100 bucks. I got this one for under 40 from a moving sale. It came with the Keys to lock it also!
An added Bonus is that this cabinet will only let you open 1 drawer at a time. Sounds like a pain but really useful when you have kids around and they decide to try to open every drawer at the same time.
Also Side Note: if you need cheap angle iron, next time you see an old bed frame, snag it. It works great for projects like this.
Bought the Casters at Harbor Freight,
Welded the Casters to the Frame, Set the Cabinet in and done.
Also for an added Flare I picked up a Snap On Magnet on Ebay to give it the tool box look!
