Pennine Way Day 5 Lesson Learned
I took a rest day at Malham Tarn because my right Hamstring and left quad were in alot of pain. I spent the day massaging and stretching before laying down to watch the sun set.
Been forced to take rest in an area where there was no signal made me stop and reflect. People talk about trail magic like it is food or water, I found my trail magic to be pain and then rest because it has changed my approach to life. I needed it.
