This guy offered to repair the scratch on my 2013 Scion FRS right on the Safeway Parking lot off Woodcreek Oaks. He has done this at a Safeway in El Dorado Hills as well according to scamdetector.com. The company he claims to work for is Hi Tech auto repair and he claims to have a shop in Loomis. Look up his company and it doesnt exist anywhere online. Reason I am posting this everywhere is because he threatened me and said he will find me when I confronted him about his discrepency. The phone number on his truck is dead but I have his card. He wrote down my license plate number and he had no license plates on his truck.

Report him if you see him! He has terrible acne scars and crooked teeth, drives a black chevy truck, knows A LOT about cars and how to repair them, lurks around Safeway's it looks like...
