President Yoweri Museveni has resounded his disappointment with Government-aided schools whose Head Teachers still charge fees for pupils and students.
Museveni says this has increased the number of school dropouts, something he is vowing not to sit down and watch.
This was during the commissioning of the Presidential Industrial Skilling Hub in Kween District, where he encouraged parents to embrace the opportunity for their children.
