In 2019, we were honoured to participate in the 5th anniversary of the designation of Cante Alentejano singing as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The opening ceremony took place in Lisbon, but much of the celebrations were held in the enchanting town of Serpa in the Alentejo.

It feels like a lifetime ago, and it makes me a little melancholy to relive those memories. The people of the Alentejo were very warm and generous. Thank you for your hospitality and your beautiful singing. Happy 8th anniversary!
