If you want a way to get that nutrition in at the end of a long day of fasting - fruit chaat is a go to. My version is tasty and healthy (if you omit the icing sugar)
If you have people in your household that are not keen on chaat masala you can leave it out, the vanilla yoghurt on it own works wonders!
Add any fruit you like except fruits that have a large water content like watermelon and melon.
Fruit chaat (serves approx 5-6 people)
For chaat:
-handful green grapes
-handful red grapes
-4/5 strawberries
-1 apple
-1 pear
-1 orange (dice half and juice half)
-1 banana
-1tbsp chaat masala
For yoghurt:
-250g plain yoghurt
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1tbsp icing sugar (optional)
