PS Kevit Desai urges children to join technical training institutions. Dr Kevit Desai, Principal Secretary State Department of Technical Vocational Training said that Technical Vocational Training is no longer a joke as it used to be before. Speaking during the official opening of Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College in Ainabkoi, Uasin Gishu County, Dr Desai noted that every student joining TTIs will have access to a loan from the Higher Education Loans Board (Helb) just like their counterparts in Universities.
