Former President of Brazil (1995-2002) Fernando Henrique Cardoso is currently president of the Fundação Fernando Henrique Cardoso (FFHC, São Paulo, Brazil) and honorary president of the Party of the Brazilian Social Democracy (PSDB). He is currently the president of the Global Commission on Politics and Drugs and one of the twelve members of the Elders, a group of global leaders who work together for the peace and human rights, founded in 2007 by Nelson Mandela.
