Mayor Chris Coleman announced a vision and key initiatives for the former Ford Twin Cities Assembly Plant site in Saint Paul, Minnesota’s Highland Park neighborhood. In mid-2015, Ford Land will begin marketing the 125-acre site to national developers. The City of Saint Paul’s goal is for this site to become a model 21st Century Community that is a connected, livable, green site providing a mix of uses and jobs.
