The difference is one is rechargeable (LIR2032) and one is not. The voltage is also slightly different. Rechargeable one is 3.6v to 4.2v (when fully charged) and the non rechargeable one is 3v. The rechargeable one has a capacity of around 70 mA maximum, whereas the non rechargeable can be as high as 240 mA.
The designation of 2032 means 20mm in diameter and 3.2mm in thickness. If you have a LIR2025, that would mean 20mm in diameter and 2.5mm in thickness.
