Nha Trang is a coastal city in Vietnam, known for its beaches and diving spots. It is the capital of Khanh Hoa Province, with a population of about half a million and a tourist favourite thanks to affordable quality accommodation. There numerous hotels, many built over the last couple years, additional to the bed & breakfast and homestays.

Nha Trang Bay is among the world's most beautiful bays and boat tours are very popular to nearby islands. On this windy day we start right at the iconic Tháp Trầm Hương, a beachfront building & architectural landmark of Nha Trang with a lotus-like shape - right at the beach.

We walk along the beach, explore the city center and even walk all the way to the train station where we continue our journey through Vietnam. On our way we get a good feel of the mix between traditional Vietnamese cities and modern areas as we pass the Nhà thờ Núi - a Neo-Gothic church.

At last we return, walk through some markets and end our tour right at our starting point.
