Keerai Poriyal | Greens stir fry is a healthy poriyal served as a Lunch Side dish. It is rich in Iron and Minerals. It pairs well with Sambar as well as Fish Curry. The same method can be followed any kinds of spinach or keerai. The only hack is clean the keerai really well so that it dont have any mud or dirt particles.Also while cooking dont add any water cook in a low flame ,the spinach / Keerai will get cooked in its own water.
