Follow along with Michelle, as we work through your finger and hand stiffness with this 5 Minute Finger and Hand Exercise Routine for Both Hands.
We'll do active finger exercises, a passive hand stretch, and a grip strengthening exercise. Each exercise will take 1 minute, no equipment is needed, and you can do the exercises on both hands at the same time.
That's a quick way to care for your stiff, overworked hands.
