Red deer breeding season occurs each falls in France. Jerry Swift met them during a whole week in a remote forest of southern France.
For that, he was dressed in camouflage and stayed still during 12 to 13 hours each day. Thus, he didn't disturb them.
It is very important not to disturb the deer during the breeding season as deer are very sensitive to noise and smell.
