Purchased new thr piece of S**t 2017 Polaris Phoenix only 4 months go even bought 3 year extended warranty. Here it is fresh out of dealership for service because it wasnt starting, missing when it did start and died for no reason. Even though under warranty and have extended warranty they charged me. Told me it was a fouled plug and its my fault. You can still see the service tag attached. Mike Richards the service writier kept telling me "its a crappy little tawaniese ATV" and "what do you want its not a Honda pr a Suzuki" they dont even sell honda! I tried to tell them its not a fouled plug but mike Richards just blew me off and told me to have a good day. Anyway as you cam see they fixed nothing! I Traded it in for a Honda 3 hours after this video. Sky Powersports in Longwood, Fl florida Horrible service and sales staff lies. Will never step foot in there again
