Stanley Kubrick was a legendary filmmaker who made films like Spartacus, Dr. Strangelove, 2001 a space odyssey, A Clockwork Orange, Barry Lyndon, The Shining Starring Jack Nicolson and Eyes Wide Shut starring Tom Cruise. Stanley Kubrick was an idol of my growing up but I have always wondered what he thought about Gay People and what he might have thought of LGBT through his work. I talk about gay moments and possibly deeper meanings or explorations on gay scenes throughout Stanley Kubrick's Filmography, There was notable gay moments throughout all his films and I give some insight to what Kubrick might have thought of gay people. There are strange scenes like the Bear Scene in horror film The Shining and the homoerotic scenes in A Clockwork Orange and Barry Lyndon too. Also and how Stanley Kubrick took extreme care in showing queer characters like Alan Cumming on Kubrick's last film 1999's Eyes Wide Shut.
