**UPDATE**
Since the video I have removed the DEMCIfilter and put back the mesh. My setup with 2X 140mm fans caused the filter to bend inwards towards the fan blades and cause a grinding noise. I suspect if your setup has 3 fans it will line up better the filter shape and not bend inwards.
