The alliance deadlock between the BJP and the Shiv Sena does not seem to end as the BJP has made it evident that they will not budge from their demand and the Shiv Sena will have to reconsider their proposal. Previously, the Shiv Sena's Chief Uddhav Thackeray had made his final offer of seat sharing which left the ball in the BJP's court. After a parliamentary board meeting on Sunday, the BJP ensured that they would wait for the Shiv Sena to make a move before they made any announcement on the status of their alliance.
