So I’ve been taught this way since I was very young I picked it up from my Kokom and I guess it’s burned into my brain so I’m sharing it today!
Recipe:
Flour
Salt
Baking powder
2 eggs
A cap and a half of oil (vegetable or canola)
Water
All measurements depend on how big you want your bannock to be.
Equipment:
Fork
Big bowl
Oven pan
(Grease pan thoroughly and cover with flour for the non stick effect)
