Ignore the previous video. This video clearly shows you the Smooth + Extreme option on PUBG Mobile using GFX Tool on Realme C3 phone. While the setting is clearly possible, it is not able to really give you 60 fps gaming because the frame rates are still around 40 fps only.
The video is recorded in 30 fps but it doesn't matter because you can see the frame rate directly and confirm it didn't reach 60 fps any time.
