You 👉You will be practising asana (dynamic and static) and ancient pranayama series.
These morning yoga session will be helpful for all the seekers who wants to learn the ancient yogic method to keep the body and mind healthy and energetic throughout the day.

- proper way of practising asana and pranayama
- alignment of each asana practice
- modification of practice according to individual
- therapeutic asana according to your problems
- teacher attention to individual student
- shatkarma (yogic purification) such as neti practice
