Torrential rains have caused floods in the Southern Brazil town of Sao Leopoldo. At least 11 people have been killed while several are still missing as landslides hit the region. Over 2,400 people have been rescued from their flooded homes. Hundreds of buildings have been destroyed due to the flood waters.
