'Say Kor Lao' is a very common sausage in Laos. It has the flavor of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. The meticulous dosing of the ingredients makes it a true delight. You can find it in some restaurants proposing Laotian dishes, but your homemade version will be incomparable.
