Last week was a very bad one for aviation, probably the worst in a very long time. 4 different incidents and accidents in a week, multiple lives lost.
The Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer 190 went down with the pilots trying to save the airplane till the last minute.
The Jeju Airlines B737 hit an embankment at the end of the runway after its landing gear failed to deploy.
A KLM B737 skidded off the runway after a hydraulic failure.
An Air Canada Express Q400 landed without the left main landing gear resulting in it going off the runway.
