I am telling ya.... this silly little trick will wake you up out of your negative, demonic lucid dream every time.
I have had many dreams involving demonic and negative entities and though, I believe them to be merely projections of my current energy states.. sometimes it IS nice to be able to jolt out of them if they get too out of hand.
