This video shows a perfect run of Ghost and Clean Hands, as well as the Well Mannered Achievement/Trophy. Self explanatory: Do not show your weapons in the vicinity of a guest/soldier, do not use magic in front of anyone. You can kill, but hiding bodies is frustrating when you're trying to be quick. Follow the video and you should have no problem! I suggest having Bend Time/Possession, one of the two to max.
