Meanwhile Borno state government has declared Monday the 17th of August as Public holiday in honor of the late Deputy Governor
Zanuah Umar Mustapha who died in the early hours of Saturday in Yola, Adamawa State.
A statement by the Secretary to the state government says the holiday is to enable the public offer special prayer for the repose of the late Deputy governor.
