It's Wednesday again and here's another video, yes we are on a roll with this whole releasing videos on Weds *high five*. In this tutorial we're going to show you how to pipe something kinda quite pretty - Blossoms, Carnations & Ribbon Roses. Using only the PETAL TIP (either Wilton 104 or the Cake Boss petal tips) here's three piping techniques you can try out.
I know, the piping looks a bit shonky - I'm piping on babycakes or mini cupcakes. They're so little and harder than large cupcakes but it can be done!
Also I usually think of the designs on the spot which is why I had NO IDEA what the frosting design is called. I googled later to see what flower they most resembled.
