Australian Foreign Minister Bob Carr says a report is being launched into the death of Ben Zygier, a man previously known only as "Prisoner X". The Australian immigrant, reported to have been recruited by Israel's Mossad spy agency, Zygier was charged with grave crimes before he committed suicide in an Israeli jail in 2010.
