Gene Duffy and a man named Anthony, both eyewitnesses to the deadly New York City terror attack, describe it to TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie. “I thought it was an accident” at first, Anthony says. Duffy describes seeing two fatalities, having just come out of his workplace: “All the cops came running … they were just as confused as I was.”
