Motion Writing and Presentation at Hearing in this new Era through Zoom

Prior to the presentation, Judge Jeffrey Levenson of the Broward County Circuit Court addressed the legal community about positives and negatives of doing Zoom hearings, took questions from the audience, and talked about civil litigation possibilities moving forward including potentially having virtual trials using Zoom or another platform.

After the judge's address, Sam Coffey and Sean Goldstein, of Coffey Trial Law Discuss Motion Writing and Presentation at Hearing through Zoom. They will discuss embedding caselaw in your briefs, review red-lining of your documents on Word, and more. Practical advice for these monumental changes that have come to law and our lives.
